I keep a sourdough starter alive on my counter, an oven that runs a little hot, and a weekly list that fills up faster than I expect. Everything here is mixed, shaped, and baked in my own kitchen in small enough batches that I can actually vouch for every loaf.
I bake to order each week, so what you see in this week's bake is genuinely what's coming out of the oven — no freezer stock, no filler.
The order book opens Sunday and stays open through Thursday, and I take three orders a day so every loaf gets the attention it needs. Cookie bars, granola, and jam are ready within 24 hours; sourdough bread needs 48 hours for its long, slow ferment. Orders go out Monday through Thursday, and I'll reach out to coordinate a pickup time and day that works for you.
